When is RobCon?    RobCon will be June 13th & 14th, 2020

Where is RobCon this year?    RobCon will be held in Kingsport, Tennessee this year at the Marriott Convention Center 1901 Meadowview Pkwy

Where can I park?    There will be plenty of on site parking at no cost.

Is there a dress code?    Wear what makes you comfortable just remember this is a family event.  If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us.

Are weapons allowed?    Cosplay and Costume weapons are allowed in the venue. They must not have a sharp pointed tip or edge. Any lifelike weapon must have an orange tip, actual weapons ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Are pets allowed?    Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the venue only registered service animals.

Can I smoke?    Yes, you can, but OUTSIDE ONLY! This include all forms of tobacco and E-cigarettes and vaping products.

Code of Conduct    Attendees must respect common sense rules for public behavior, personal interaction, common courtesy, and respect for private property. Harassing or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Rob-Con reserves the right to revoke, without refund, the membership and badge of any attendee not in compliance with this policy. Persons finding themselves in a situation where they feel their safety is at risk or who become aware of an attendee not in compliance with this policy should immediately locate the nearest member of staff (look for a STAFF shirt), so that the matter can be handled in an expeditious manner.

No Soliciting    All vendors must been in the convention hall or approved by the Robcon staff. That means no selling food, merchandise, or anything else in the parking lot, sidewalks, or on the convention center grounds. If you would like to sign up to be an exhibitor please click here

How much is power at the booth?

120 Volt Electrical Charges: $55.00 x 9.5% tax = $60.23 each  (additional voltage available / pricing based on voltage)

No alcohol allowed on the convention floor please.
